How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers will be sent out once payment has posted and your order has shipped out.

What are your delivery options?

Same Day Pickup/Delivery

If you are in Texas, you can have your order delivered to you the same day you pay. You DO NOT have to pay in full online. You can pay cash, debit or PayPal in person upon delivery of your order. CALL/TEXT 512-903-7113 to arrange delivery to you TODAY!!!

 

Two Day Shipping

If you are outside of our Direct-Delivery service area, fortunately for you we offer convenient and imel shipping options. Upon checkout, select Two Day Shipping in order to receive your order within 2 Business Days of your payment posting. Our Two Day Shipping is only $5.

 

Overnight Shipping

If you are outside of our Direct-Delivery service area, fortunately for you we offer convenient and timely shipping options. Upon checkout, select Overnight Shipping in order to receive your order the next business day after payment has posted. Our Overnight Shipping is only $15.

Where are you located?

As a mobile hair delivery supply service we travel to our customers all throughout Texas.  We are based in Irving, TX and we allow direct pick up locally throughout the DFW metroplex. We are available on an appointment.

How many bundles will I need for a full sew in?

The amount of bundles needed will depend on the length of the hair you’re interested in and whether you’re looking to do a full or partial weave.

 

  • For lengths 8-14 inches, you’ll need 2 bundles.
  • For lengths 16-22 inches, you’ll need 3 bundles.
  • For lengths 24-30 inches, you’ll need 4 bundles.
  • For lengths 32+, you’ll need 5 or more bundles.
How do I send a layaway payment?

Give us a call or shoot us a text at 512-903-7113 and we’ll create a customized order invoice base on your intended order. You are able to pay on this invoice as needed within the 45 day period. You also can simply send your payment to our paypal account at orders@myluxuryhair.net.
